For Clothing we use Direct-to-garment printing (DTG) which is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous inkjet technology. We have DTG printers with a platen designed to hold the garment in a fixed position, and the printer inks are jetted or sprayed onto the textile by the print head. All our garment are pre-treated with a PTM or Pre-treatment machine allowing for the following:

• Stronger bond between garment fibers and pigmented inks

• High-Quality prints with excellent clarity and vivid color

• Durable, long-lasting color and definition without fading 

• Lays down loose fibers to provide for a smoother substrate

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
• Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
• Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
• Do not iron decoration.
• Do not dry clean.
